Our most popular massage and certainly one of our most enjoyable. Swedish massage promotes relaxation, enhances circulation, relieves muscle pain and tension, improves flexibility, and assists in flushing out toxins.


Deeper pressure is beneficial in releasing chronic muscle tension, increasing circulation, enhancing muscle function and elasticity. The focus is on the deepest layers of muscle tissue/fascia (the protective layer surrounding muscles, bones and joints). This intense helps restore proper body alignment and range of motion.


The massage uses very light pressure and long, gentle, rhythmic strokes to increase the flow of lymph and reduce toxins in your body. Commonly used after cosmetic surgery, swelling after bones have been broken, and acute skeletal muscle cell damage.


This is a wonderful complementary choice for prenatal care. It helps reduce stress and promote overall wellness. Massage relieves many of the normal discomforts experienced during pregnancy, such as backaches, headaches, nervous tensions, and edema.


Hot stone massage is a type of massage therapy that involves the use of smooth, heated stones. The heat and weight ot the hot stones expand blood vessels, which encourages blood flow throughout the body, warm and relax muscles, allowing the massage therapist to apply deeper pressure without causing discomfort, and have a sedative effect that can relieve chronic pain, reduce stress and promote deep relaxation.

Reflexology, an ancient Chinese practice based on the theory that each organ in the body corresponds to a specific point on the foot or hand. The pressure is applied at those points with the intention of eliminating blockages thought to produce pain or disease. The goal is to reestablish an optimal flow of energy or “chi” throughout the body and remove stress.

Our sports massage combines Swedish-style massage with the benefits of trigger points, compression, stretches, and cross-fiber friction techniques.


Stretch Therapy refers to a series of assisted range of motion exercises performed by a therapist manually helping a patient move a particular body part along a joint. The patient exerts a small amount of effort during this movement. These exercises help promote the overall health of a joint


ART is a soft tissue technique that uses movement to help the healing process of muscles, tendons, ligaments, fascia and nerves. This manual, hands-on therapy breaks up adhesions which limit normal range of motion causing pain and tension.


Trigger point theraapy is a deep tissue massage with focus in a targeted area. The results and benefits of trigger point massageare releasing constricted areas in the muscles thus alleviating pain.
